The web site you requested has moved to another IOCC.com server.
If you reached this page, it's likely your DNS (domain name service) entries have not updated since the site was moved.
Here is what you can do to fix the problem:
- From Windows, click the Start button, followed by "Run". At the dialog box where it says "Open:", type "COMMAND" (without the quotes) and click "OK".
- At the black dialog box with a long prompt, type:
NSLOOKUP www.servername.com
where www.servername.com is the web site you are trying to reach. Press the "Enter" or "CR" key.
- The first few lines tell you the name and address of the name server that answered the request.
If you are on IOCC.com's network, these lines look something like:
Server: ns1.iocc.com
Address: 12.41.224.37
The next group of lines include an "Address: 12.41.224.37", which is why you are getting this server instead of the correct server.
- Back at the prompt, enter this command:
IPCONFIG /FLUSHDNS
- Repeat the
NSLOOKUP www.servername.com command. This time you should get "Address: 12.41.224.49". If so, type
EXIT
and press "Enter" or "CR" to exit this dialog box. Everything should now work fine.
If the above process did NOT resolve the problem:
- Examine the "Server:" and "Adddress:" line from the first section of the
NSLOOKUP command.
- If this is a DNS server for your Internet Service Provider (ISP),
contact the ISP and ask them to refresh their name server so that it will properly answer for
www.servername.com.
- If this is an address for your office network (like on a Windows domain), contact your system administrator and ask them to restart the DNS.
To restart DNS on a Windows 2003 Server:
- If necessary, login to Windows Server as Administrator.
- Start | Run | Administrative Tools | DNS.
- Right-click the line that has the server name.
- Choose "All Tasks" then "Stop".
- When the "stop" completes, choose "All tasks" then "Start".
- Properly close the DNS properties.
- If necessary, properly logoff Windows Server.
